Does my PC come with Microsoft Windows?

Yes. All Enigma PC's come with Microsoft Windows 11 Home or Professional (Activated) unless otherwise specified.

What is the usual turnaround time for a PC?

It depends. Custom PCs can take up to 10 business days and ready to go PCs can take up to 3 business days. This is due to the fact we stress test every PC that leaves our warehouse.

Currently our average turnaround time for custom PC's is 3 business days.

Where are Engima PCs built?

Enigma PC is located in Dural, NSW. Every PC is built to perfection by our skilled technicians in our Dural warehouse.

Shipping & returns

What shipping providers do you use?

We make use of AusPost, TNT, Toll IPEC or Go Logistics (NSW only) to ship Enigma PCs.

Can I pick up my order in person?

For sure! Just select click and collect at checkout.

However, you must wait until you receive an email saying your order is ready for collection. We are open 9-5, Monday to Friday.

Our collection address is 1/242a New Line Road, Dural NSW 2158.

Once shipped, how long does it take my PC to arrive?

It depends. AusPost can take up to 5 business days same state or interstate metro. TNT, Toll IPEC and Go Logitstics is usually faster. Delivery usually doesn't exceed 10 business days except in extreme circumstances that are outside of our control.

Pricing changes

Our website is updated frequently to ensure that all listings reflect the correct pricing and the latest products. At the time of purchase, you agree to the listed price. This listed price is subject to change at Enigma PC's discretion.

We reserve the right to make corrections and changes to prices, products and specifications without notice.

How do returns work?

Our return policy provides the customer with the ability to return any item for a full refund provided it is approved by an Enigma PC staff member. This usually only occurs when there is a warranty claim.

We do not give refunds or exchanges if there is damage to a product after purchase due to alterations not performed by us. 

Once a refund is approved, it should not take more than 14 business days for the funds to be returned to you.

What happens when I have a warranty claim?

If you experience an issue with your computer covered under our warranty, we will take care of the shipping expenses for sending the PC to us and returning it to you once we have resolved the problem. This shipping coverage does not apply to Click & Collect orders.

Warranty Clarifications

Device - Points to any hardware manufactured by or for Enigma PC, identified by the "Engima PC" trademark, brand name, or logo purchased directly from Enigma PC.
Initial Buyer - Refers to any customer who acquires and possesses a Device directly from Enigma PC.
Final Consumer - The eventual user of the Device and represents anyone who possesses and uses an Enigma PC Device.
Initial Retail Purchase Date - The date when the Initial Buyer acquired the Device from Enigma PC.

Scope of Warranty

Enigma PC GUARANTEES this Enigma PC hardware Device against material and craftsmanship defects for a span of 3 (THREE) Years (unless specified otherwise) from the Initial Retail Purchase Date, unless additional components or service warranties are purchased.

Our guarantee includes all component failures and factory flaws, but does not extend to accidental damage by the user or ordinary wear and tear.

Enigma PC assures the Initial Buyer that any portion of the hardware system, excluding software, documentation, and similar items, will be free from both craftsmanship and material defects for the purchased warranty duration. (Beginning from the date of collection or delivery.)

Coverage Details

Enigma PC assures the Initial Buyer that any portion of the Device, excluding software, documentation, and other peripherals, will be free of defects in both craftsmanship and materials for the warranty duration included with the purchase. The warranty coverage commences from the date of collection or delivery of the Device.

During the Device's warranty period, Enigma PC will repair or replace defective hardware due to the defects specified and discovered in the Device. This service will be free of labour charge and cost of parts will also be provided without charge during the warranty period. Parts provided may not be the same but will be equivalent or superior in quality.

Under no circumstances shall Enigma PC be obligated to provide warranty service for products that have been damaged due to accident, misuse, abuse, or misapplication, such as unauthorised overclocking. This also applies if the product has been modified without written agreement from Enigma PC.

Any replacement parts will be guaranteed to be free of workmanship and material defects for 3 months from the time of replacement or for the remaining warranty period of the Enigma PC Device it is replacing, whichever is longer.

Inclusions:
Enigma PC handles all hardware-related issues during your warranty period. Lifetime support is included. Enigma PC does not charge a labour fee for repair and servicing work during the warranty period. Outside of the warranty period, fees will only apply for parts or specifically requested services.

Accidental damage such as water spills, drops, or physical breakage due to an accident is not covered. Data loss or recovery due to drive damage or failure is not covered. However, your HDD or SSD is covered by our warranty and will be replaced during the warranty period in the event of failure.

Any overclocking or modifications by you or an external technician will result in the voiding of the warranty.

Exclusions:

Limited Warranty Liabilities

Should Enigma PC opt to refund or replace the product, the term of this warranty will terminate at the time of that refund or replacement.

No Enigma PC representative or staff is authorised to alter, extend, or add to this warranty. If any term is found to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms will not be affected or impaired.

UNLESS STATED IN THIS WARRANTY AND TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Enigma PC IS NOT LIABLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY WARRANTY BREACH, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: LOSS OF USE; LOSS OF REVENUE; LOSS OF ACTUAL OR ANTICIPATED PROFITS; LOSS OF MONEY; LOSS OF ANTICIPATED SAVINGS; LOSS OF BUSINESS; LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY; LOSS OF GOODWILL; LOSS OF REPUTATION; DATA LOSS, DAMAGE, OR CORRUPTION; DOWNTIME; OR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE HOWEVER CAUSED INCLUDING THE REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY, ANY COSTS OF RECOVERING, REPROGRAMMING, OR REPRODUCING ANY PROGRAM OR DATA STORED IN OR USED WITH Enigma PC PRODUCTS, AND ANY FAILURE TO MAINTAIN THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF DATA STORED ON Enigma PC PRODUCTS.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to:

  • cancel your service contract with us, and
  • refund for the unused portion, or reimbursement for its reduced value.

You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods.

If a failure with the goods or a service does amount to major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done, you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to reimbursement for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.
